摘  要:研究了小白鼠在受到60Co辐射条件下,血细胞数量对大豆异黄酮灌胃的响应。将小白鼠分成辐射组、辐射灌药组和对照组,定期测定外周血血细胞数量。结果表明,大豆异黄酮灌胃使小白鼠血细胞数量因辐射而降低的幅度变小,并且对血细胞数量具有恢复作用,其中,对红细胞、血小板数量的恢复作用更加明显。大豆异黄酮可以在一定程度上防护辐射对小白鼠血细胞数量的损害。研究结果可为相关保健产品和药物的开发提供初步依据。Responses of blood cell amount of small white mouse under 60Co radiation to gastric perfusion of soybean isoflavone were investigated. The small white mouse were divided into RG(radiation group), RSIG(radiation-soybean-isoflavone group), and control, blood cell amount of peripheral blood was determined at regular intervals. The results showed that gastric perfusion of soybean isoflavone mitigated the decrease of blood cell amount induced by radiation, and had restoration effect on blood cell amount, especially on amount of red blood cell and soterocyte. Soybean isoflavone can protect to some extent the damage of radiation to blood cell amount of small white mouse. The results can provide preliminary basis for development of relevant health product and medicine.
