甘蓝型油菜籽粒中油份和蛋白质含量的杂种优势分析

摘  要:以22个甘蓝型油菜品种(系)为亲本(17个母本,5个父本),按NCⅡ交配设计配成17×5=85个F1杂种,研究了籽粒油份和蛋白质含量的杂种优势表现。以杂种离中亲优势值(Hm)和超亲优势值(Hb)作为杂种优势大小的指标,以显著的Hm和Hb的出现率作为性状杂种优势潜力的指标。结果表明,油份含量Hm正负向显著组合数分别为62和12,正向显著组合数占杂种总数的72.94%,油份含量Hb正向显著组合数为45,占杂种总数的52.94%。蛋白质含量Hm正负向显著组合数分别为11和61,负向显著组合数占杂种总数的71.76%,Hb负向显著组合数为48个,占杂种总数的56.47%。The heterosis performance of oil content and protein content of Brctssica nap,us seed was investigated in 22 parents (the numbers of female and male parents were 17 and 5, respectively) and their 17×5=85 F hybrids. The superiority value of hybrid Fi from mid-parent, Hm, and that over better-parent, Hb, were used to describe the heterosis, and the occurrence rate of the significant Hm or HI, described the heterosis potence of a trait. The results showed that the numbers of positively and negatively significant H,, for oil content were 62 and 12, and the occurrence rates of positively significant Hm was 72.94%. The number of Hb for oil content was 45, and the occurrence rate of positively significant Hb, was 52.94%. The numbers of positively and negatively significant Hm for protein content were 11 and 61, and the occurrence rates of negatively significant Hm was 71.76%. The number of Ht, for oil content was 48, and the occurrence rate of positively significant Hi, was 56.47%.
