摘  要:研究建立了一种快速测定植株全氮的有效方法。方法检测范围为0-90mg/L,回归系数r=0.9996,检测限为0.03mg/L,方法回收率为100.7%~101.6%,通过对标准物质的检测,结果均在标准误差允许范围内,绝对偏差为0.8%~1.9%,通过连续流动与凯氏定氮法测定实际植株样品,测定结果绝对偏差在0.13%~1.31%之间,表明该方法检测稳定可靠;同时,相对于凯氏定氮法,每个样品检测仅需1min,单个样品检测试剂消耗总量仅3.65mL,氢氧化钠用量仅为凯氏定氮法的30%。A fast new method was presented for determination of total nitrogen in plant tissues by using the continue flow analysis (CFA). The determination range, detection limit, regression coefficient, and average recoveries of the method were 0-90 rag/L, 0.03 mg/L, 0.9996, 100.7%-101.6%, respectively. After the determination of the plant standard samples, standard error of the data was lower than that of the standard samples, and absolute deviation was between 0.8% and 1.9%. Compared with Kjeldahl, relative deviation range of CFA was 0.13%-1.31%, and what's more, CFA spent 1 minute on determination of total nitrogen on a sample of plant tissues, and consumed 3.65 mL of total reagent, such as 30% of NaOH solution in Kjeldahl.
