摘  要:研究了枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)R31菌株和TR21菌株单独及混合使用防治农科1号香蕉(Musa AAA Cavendishsubgroup cv.Nongke No.1)枯萎病的田间效果。收获期结束后统计的结果表明,R31处理区香蕉枯萎病发病率为4.05%,TR21处理区发病率为8.70%,TR21+R31(V:V=1:1)处理区发病率4.59%,对照区发病率21.88%,防效分别为81.86%、61.09%和79.45%;折算每667m2经济损失率比对照分别减少34.46%、25.90%、32.50%。研究结果表明两株枯草芽胞杆菌具有较好的应用前景。Bacillus subtilis strain R31 and TR21 were antagonistic bacterial strains. Musa AAA Cavendish subgroup cv. Nongke No. I is a new banana line. The control effect of these two Bacillus strains alone or mixed on Panama disease of banana Nongke No.1 was investigated in fields. The results showed that the disease incidence of R31 treatment area, TR21 treatment area, TR21+R31 treatment area and control were 4.05%, 8.70%, 4.59%, 21.88%, respectively, the control effects of different strain's treatments were 81.86%, 61.09%, 79.45%, respectively. The reduces of corrected economic losses per 667 m2 compared with control were 34A6%, 25.90%, 32.50%, respectively. Therefore, two Bacillus subtilis strains had a well application perspective to control Panama disease.
