太古油在自动缫丝工艺中的应用

摘　　要：由于具有优良的理化性质,太古油在纺织印染行业应用较为广泛。将太古油加入到煮茧工艺的中水段,以探究其对自动缫丝成绩的影响。试验结果表明,加入太古油助剂后平均解舒率提高2.65%,运转率提高0.84%,万米吊糙减少1.18次,车速增加4.67 r/min,偏差减少0.10D,最大偏差减少0.53D,清洁成绩提高0.30分,洁净成绩提高0.72分,平均生丝等级提高0.64A。太古油助剂能为改善自动缫丝工艺的缫丝成绩提供重要参考。Turkey red oil have wide applications in textile dyeing and printing industry because of its excellently physical and chemical properties. Turkey red oil was added in the adjustment of cooking to study its effect on the automatic reeling results. The results showed that the unwinding ratio, the running rate, the vehicle speed, the cleanness , neatness and level of raw silk increased by 2.65%, 0.84%, 4.67 r/min, 0.3 marks, 0.72 marks and 0.64 A respectively. Meanwhile, the frequency of rushing upon cocoons per 10 000 m, size deviation,maximum size deviation reduced by 1.18, 0.10 deniers, 0.53 deniers respectively. Thus, it could provide important reference for improving the silk reeling results of antomatic reeling process.
