摘 要:结合传统发酵床养猪方法与水泥地养猪方法的优点,根据我国南方气候条件专门设计一种新的通用型无臭、无污染养猪技术——经济型高床式微生态发酵床养猪方法。将其与传统发酵床养猪方法与水泥地养猪方法进行对比,指标包括猪舍造价、垫料用量和成本、发病率、出栏率、耗水电量、日增重、料肉比以及猪舍有害气体(H2S、NH3)的含量等,结果表明,该养猪法既能解决水泥地面养猪和传统发酵床养猪的缺点,又可达到生态养猪效果,是养猪业发展低碳、零排放、可持续发展的模式。Combining the methods of traditional fermentation bed pig farming and the cement ground pig farming, the paper specifically designed a new universal technology of pig farming without pollution and odours, which was a method of pig farming with economical high bed and micro ecological fermentation bed according to China's southern climate conditions. The method was eomparied with the traditional fermentation bed pig farming and the cement ground pig farming in those respects such as pig house cost, padding consumption and cost, incidence of disease, slaughtering and sell rate, water and electricity consumption, daily gain, feed conversion rate, piggery harmful gases(H2S, NH3) content and so on in this paper. The results showed that the new method could not only solve the faults of the cement ground pig farming and the traditional fermentation bed pig farming, but also achieve the effects of ecological pig farming which reflected the development patterns of pig industry with characteristics of low carbon, zero emission and sustainable development.
