菱镁材料保温隔热技术在玉林地区鸡舍中的应用

摘  要:为解决玉林地区冬春季肉鸡养殖中耗煤量大、成活率低的现状,将新型菱镁保温材料综合应用于雏鸡保温鸡舍。与普通鸡舍相比,理论上菱镁保温鸡舍21 d保温期内平均每只鸡少用煤0.24 kg,实际节约用煤0.19 kg。保温鸡舍加温到30℃比普通鸡舍快10 h,撤炉后温度下降慢;在夏季高温季节鸡舍内外昼夜温差为5.7℃,明显低于普通鸡舍13.8℃的昼夜温差。保温鸡舍21d内雏鸡的增重为普通鸡舍的1.25倍,料肉比相差0.24。试验结果表明,新型菱镁保温材料的保温隔热性能良好,在华南地区具有较好的应用前景。Chicken breeding industry was important in Yulin city, but high coal consumption and low survival ratio were existing in winter and spring. Magnesium oxyehloride composites were used in chicken house to solve these problems. The results showed: comparison to the normal chicken house, thermal insulation property of preservation chicken house was better, the amount of coal was reduced 0,24 kg one chicken per day in theoretical calculation during 0-21day, and it was reduced 0.19 kg in the actual computation. Temperature rising of preservation chicken house was more quickly and decreasing temperature was slower than normal chicken house. DIF of preservation chicken house in summer was 5.7℃, DIF of normal chicken house was 13.8℃. Weight gain of broiler in preservation chicken house increased 1.25 times than it in normal chicken house, feed conversion rate decreased 0.24. Heat insulation characteristic of magnesium oxyehloride composites was obvious; it could be used in South China.
