细胞小片形状对合浦珠母贝插核休养期死亡率和脱核率的影响

摘　　要：为降低合浦珠母贝插核休养期的死亡率和脱核率,在广东徐闻设计24组对比试验,比较了使用圆形细胞小片插核和方形细胞小片插核的合浦珠母贝休养期的死亡率和脱核率。结果发现,使用圆形细胞小片插核时,合浦珠母贝的死亡率均值为24.2%,比使用方形细胞小片时低2.6%;脱核率均值为24.9%,比使用方形细胞小片时低4.8%(P<0.01)。表明使用圆形细胞小片插核,合浦珠母贝休养期的死亡率和脱核率明显低于使用方形细胞小片,该插核方法的改进有助于提高合浦珠母贝休养期的成活率和留核率。In order to reduce the death rate and nucleus spitting rate during the recuperation period of the pearl oyster Pinctada fucata nucleus insertion, a twenty-four group comparison experiment was conducted in Xuwen, Guangdong province to compare the death rate and nucleus spitting rate during the recuperation period while using round mantle piece and square mantle piece for nucleus insertion. It has been found that when the round mantle piece was used, the average death rate was 24.2%, which was 2.6% lower than the average mortality rate with the square mantle piece. In terms of the average nucleus spitting rate, it was found to be 24.9% with round mantle piece, which was 4.8% lower than that with square mantle piece （P〈0.01）. The results showed that using round mantle piece in nucleus insertion, the death rate and nucleus spitting rate during the recuperate period were lower, than that using the square mantle piece. The nucleus insertion method with round mantle piece improved the survival rate of recuperation period.
