摘 要:采用封闭静水式呼吸装置对紫海胆(Anthocidaris crassispina)的耗氧率和排氨率与温度及体重的关系进行研究,结果表明,温度和体重对紫海胆耗氧率和排氰率有明显影响,且两因子之间存在交互作用。在17~32℃范围内,耗氧率随温度的升高而增加.排氨率则里现先升高后降低的趋势;相同温度下,随着个体体重的增加,耗氧牢和排氨率均下降。22~27℃之间可能存在紫海胆呼吸代谢的转折点,在陔温度下,其排氨率最高、代谢速率最快。Thia paper discussed the relationship between oxygen consumption rate, alnmonia excretion rate and temperature, weight of A nthocidaris crassispina by breather apparatus in closed static water type. The results showed that temperature and weight had apparent effect on oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate, and the two factors had interaction effect. The oxygen consumption rate increased signifieantly with water temperature increasing, and decreased with body weight increasing, while ammonia excretion rate fluctuant with temperature increasing and decreased with weight increasing. Among the temperature of 22℃ to 27℃, there may he a kick point of respiratory metabolism to A. crassispina, under the kick point temperature, A. crcassispina had the highest ammonia excretion rate and the fastest metabolic rate.
