摘　　要：近年来,我国农产品价格异常波动现象频发,不仅给农民生产经营带来极大损害,也给城乡居民生活带来了严重冲击。在新形势下,对农产品价格波动的监测和预警研究显得尤为必要和重要。通过对国内外文献的梳理,发现对农产品价格和市场监测预警的研究大多集中于部分省份和单个农产品,粮食和生猪的市场监测预警系统相对完善,其他农产品的预测预警较为薄弱;从计算机技术方面来看,硬件条件相对充裕,关键问题在于如何整合现有的硬件和软件资源创新软件工具和预警方法为农产品市场监测预警提供有力的技术支撑。In recent years, the abnormal fluctuations of agricultural products prices occur frequently, which bring serious damage to farmers and severe impact on life of urban and rural residents. Under this new situation, it is necessary and important to research the monitoring and warning of agricultural products price fluctuations. Basing on a thorough literature review, we found that research on the monitoring and warning of agricultural products focused on some provinces and singe product. The market monitoring and warning system of food and live pig is relatively perfect but other products are not. As for the computer technology, the hardware is relatively adequate but the software is not. Hence, the key problem is how to integrate the existing hardware and software resources to create new software tools and warning methods to provide strong technological support for market monitoring and warning of agricultural products.
