摘 要:从锯切运动几何角度分析了切入、切出阶段接触弧线的变化规律及其与锯切功率变化特征的关系,建立了从切入、切出阶段的功率信号求解功率载荷分布密度的数学模型;进而采用LabVIEW图形化编程软件,编写了锯切功率采集及功率载荷分布密度的提取程序,并进行了实例试用。结果表明:所设计的程序可以实现功率载荷分布密度的提取;从弧区底部开始,锯切功率载荷密度随着接触弧线的延长而增大。On the basis of sawing kinematic geometry, the change law of contact curve in cut-in and cut-out stages, as well as its relation with the change of sawing power, was analyzed. The mathematical model of extracting power load distribution density from the sawing power in cut-in and cut-out stages was established. Then, the program for acquiring sawing power and extracting its load distribution was designed by LabVIEW and was applied in sawing experiments. The results indicated that the program could be used for obtaining the power load distribution along the contact curve. The distribution density of the power load increased with the prolongation of contact curve.
