摘  要:目的研究心脑宁片对肾上腺素致大鼠血瘀模型血浆黏度、血沉、红细胞压积和凝血时间血液K值、聚集指数、变性指数、电泳指数的影响。方法取大鼠60只,随机均分为6组,其中1组为空白对照组,其余5组大鼠予肾上腺素造血瘀模型。测定凝血时间、全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、K值、变性指数、电泳指数。结果造血瘀模型成功。心脑宁片组和脑安片组可显著降低血浆黏度、血沉和红细胞压积(P<0.01);可显著延长凝血时间(P<0.01);大、中剂量心脑宁片组和脑安片组可显著降低K值,显著增大变性指数和电泳指数(P<0.01)。结论心脑宁片对肾上腺素致大鼠血瘀模型有较好的改善作用。Objective To study the influence of Xinnaoning Tablet on plasma viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),hematocrit and blood K value of blood coagulation time,aggregation index,denaturing index,electrophoresis index. Methods 60 rats were divided into 6 groups randomly and equally, uniform, the blank control group and 5 blood stasis model groups. The coagulation time,whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, K value, degeneration index and electrophoresis index were detected. Results The blood stasis model was successfully constructed. The Xinnaoning Tablet group and the Naoan Tablet group could significantly decrease the plasma viscosity, ESR and hematocrit (P 〈 0. 01),could significantly prolong the blood coagulation time (P 〈 0.01), The large,middle dose Xinnaoning Tablet groups and the Naoan tablets group could obviously reduce the K value (P 〈 0. 01) and significantly increase the electrophoresis index (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Xinnaoning Tablet has the improvement role in adrenaline-inducing rat blood stasis model rat.
