台州口岸出入境人员梅毒检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的通过对台州口岸出入境人员梅毒血清学检测结果分析,了解台州口岸出入境人员梅毒感染情况,以加强口岸传染病的监测力度,尽量减少其在口岸传播与蔓延。方法采用甲苯胺红不加热血清反应素试验(TRUST)与梅毒螺旋体明胶颗粒凝集试验(TPPA),对台州口岸2006年-2010年出入境人员进行梅毒血清学监测。结果 5年内在11486名出入境人员中检出梅毒感染57例,年检出率为0.496%。梅毒检出率呈逐年上升趋势。感染者年龄最小23岁,最大65岁,其中40岁～49岁感染者占感染总数的49.1%。从梅毒感染者的人群分布看,劳务人员所占比例最高,占感染总人数的57.1%,其次是商务人员和船员,分别占21.4%、16.1%。结论应加强出入境人员的传染病监测,并对其进行传染病防治知识的宣传教育。对高危人群应有针对性地采用综合防治措施,防止传染病的传入传出,更好地保护人民健康。Objective To know the situation about the syphilis infections at Taizhou Port, strengthen the Surveil- lance of infectious diseases and to minimize its spread by analyzing the result of serological test. Methods Carry out TRUST and TPPA syphilis serological surveillance on entry - exit personnel at the Taizhou Port from 2006 to 2010. Results In the five years, there are 57 syphilis infected cases out of the 11486 entry - exit personnel. The annual rate is 0.496%. Syphilis prevalence shows an upward trend year by year. The youngest infected case is 23 years old, and the oldest case is 65. Those people of the age between 40 to 49 years account for 49.1% of the to- tal. Seeing from the infected distribution, the highest proportion are the laborers, accounting for 57.1%, followed by business people and crew members, which accounts for 21.4% and 16.1% respectively. Conclusion More surveillance should be put on the infectious disease that carried by entry and exit personnel, and publicity or educa- tion should also be delivered to help preventing the disease from spreading. Special attention should be paid to high - risk groups in order to stop the spread of the infectious disease and ensure the public health.
