摘  要:以铁尾矿为主要原料制得玻璃粒料,分别在700、900和1 100℃以及更高的温度(1 135℃和1 200℃)下对玻璃料进行热处理,利用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)表征热处理后微晶玻璃的物相组成与微观结构,研究在不同温度下热处理后玻璃的相组成及微观结构演变。结果表明:7 00℃热处理开始析出正交晶系橄榄石型和三斜晶系日光石型物相;随热处理温度升高,日光石型和橄榄石型物相逐渐减少,并形成尖晶石型物相,结晶相晶粒逐渐长大;900℃下热处理后主要结晶相为立方晶系尖晶石和三斜晶系钠钙长石物相;在高于1 100℃温度下热处理时,形成以磁性物相尖晶石型铁氧体为主要结晶相的微晶玻璃。The granulated glass was prepared using iron ore tailings as main raw materials, and the granulated glass was heat-treated at 700, 900 and 1 100 ℃ and higher temperatures (1 135 ℃ and 1 200 ℃), respectively. And then, the evolutions of phase composition and microstructure of the glass ceramic formed at various heat-treatment temperatures were detected by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy, respectively. The results show that the orthorhombic olivine-type phase and triclinic sunstone-type phase are formed when the glass is annealed at 700 ℃; the concentrations of olivine-type and sunstone-type phases decrease, the cubic spinel-type phase forms, and the grain size of the crystallized phases increases with increasing annealing temperatures; the main crystallized phases are sodium-calcium feldspar-type and cubic spinel-type ones when the sample is annealed at 900 ℃; the glass ceramics with spinel-type ferrites as main crystalline phases can be obtained after being treated at temperatures higher than 1 100℃.
