人民币汇率变动对“安哥拉模式”的影响及对策研究

摘　　要：建立在人民币汇率变动趋势为升值减缓并伴有较大波幅的假定基础上,归纳分析了"安哥拉模式"融资方式业务流程及资金融通环节及使用"安哥拉模式"的积极影响。从融资利益相关者角度构建分析框架,探析"安哥拉模式"受汇率变动的影响。通过对比分析"安哥拉模式"与出口买方信贷融资方式,阐明了"安哥拉模式"的适用条件,建议在具备一定条件的情况下采用"安哥拉模式"融资方式。并针对该融资方式,从中国承包商和中国进出口银行的角度提出相应的汇率风险防范方法,为中方更好地使用"安哥拉模式"提供理论参考。On the basis of assumption that RMB will see less appreciation and more volatility, this paper analyzes the international business processes and various aspects of capital flows in the Angola Mode and the positive impact of Angola Mode. It analyzes the effects of exchange rate change on this kind of financing approach from perspectives of different stakeholders. Comparing the influence of exchange rate on the Angola Mode and Export Buyer＇s Credit, the study suggests that the Angola Mode is applicable in some limited conditions. And it suggests that Angola Mode is available if some conditions are met. To ascertain the efficiency of the Angola Mode, some recommendations for contractors and Export-Import Bank of China to manage the exchange rate risk of the Angola Mode are also given.
