改良子宫切除术的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨子宫切除术集束法钳夹切断缝扎子宫附件及圆韧带的临床应用效果。方法:对60例有子宫切除手术指征的病人采用集束法钳夹切断缝扎子宫附件及圆韧带行全子宫切除(观察组),与传统子宫切除术的60例(对照组)进行比较。结果:观察组较对照组平均手术时间短,出血量少,术后发病率低等。结论:集束法钳夹切断缝扎子宫附件及圆韧带行子宫切除具有步骤简化、手术时间短、出血少、危险性小等优点,值得临床应用。Objective：Explore hysterectomy cluster method Clamp cut suture uterine attachment and the round ligament Clinical effect.
