成都市艾滋病防治工作现状及对策

摘　　要：成都市 1994年发现首例HIV携带者后 ,HIV感染者人数一直在增加。艾滋病防治已成为疾病控制的一个重要问题。为控制艾滋病 ,市政府非常重视 ,开展了大量艾滋病防治工作 ,成立了预防控制艾滋病的重点疾病领导小组 ,出台了《成都市防治艾滋病中长期规划 ( 1990～ 2 0 10 )》 ,在高危人群中开展HIV监测。目前 ,艾滋病防治取得了初步成效。但是 ,由于缺乏对相关部门有效协调 ,监测覆盖面小 ,缺乏本底资料 ,宣传方式单一 ,防治经费不够等问题仍然存在。为解决这一现状 ,在今后的工作中 ,要进一步调整宣传方式 ,加强协调 ,加大防治经费投入 。The first HIV carrier was found in 1994 in Chengdu. The amount of HIV infected cases has been increasing in recent years. AIDS preventing becomes one of important problem that Chengdu municipal government faces to. In order to control AIDS, the government has launched a large amount of work for AIDS preventing. AIDS preventing has taken some initial progress. The leading group of AIDS preventing has been built up. 《Medium and long term plan of AIDS preventing in Chengdu》was issued. HIV surveillance was launched in high-risk population. But many problems need to solve. The problem of ineffective coordination among concerned organization of government, small recoverrate surveillance, deficient base-line material , unreasonable propaganda way and inadequate preventing fund still exist in Chengdu. To improve this situation, Chengdu municipal government should readjust propaganda way, strengthen coordination, invest more money into AIDS preventing and launch extensive investigation.
