小农社会化:农户生产行为演变的一种解释——以湖北省红安县二程镇长岗村为例

摘　　要：随着市场经济向农村社会的全面渗透,当今农户逐渐卷入或者融入到高度开放的社会化和市场化体系中。小农社会化为当今农户生产行为的演变提供了新的解释视角,农户的生产形态、生产空间和生产目的均发生了变化,这些变化既是社会化小农理性选择的结果,也是导致农村不可持续发展的深层次的、根本的原因。因此,为了规避农户生产行为演变过程中的负面效应,应建立完善的农村社会保障制度,弱化土地的社会保障功能;完善农村土地流转,提高土地利用效率;加强公共财政转移支付,强化农村生态环境整治。With the market economy's all-round infiltration in rural society,the household farms have gradually integrated into the highly expansive society and market-oriented system.The ousehold farms' socialization provides new explanation for the evolution of households' production behaviors.Production pattern,production space and production purposes of household farmers have changed.These changes are not only the result of socialized household farmers' rational choice,but also the fundamental reason for rural areas' unsustainable development.To avoid the negative effects during households' production behaviors' evolution,it is suggested to establish and improve rural social security system firstly;secondly,to weaken the social security function of land and to improve the rural land transfer mechanism to increase land use efficiency;at last,to strengthen public financial transfer payments and ecological environmental clean-up.
