硅油改性醋丙乳液在涂料染色中的应用

摘　　要：采用醋酸乙烯酯和丙烯酸酯类单体,以及乙烯基硅油和少量的可聚合乳化剂,以半连续种子乳液聚合法制备硅油改性无皂醋丙乳液,并用红外光谱及激光粒度仪对产物进行表征。将硅油改性的醋丙乳液作为黏合剂,应用于棉织物涂料染色,优化的工艺为:硅油改性醋丙乳液5%、涂料0.5%、外加交联剂0.5%;80℃预烘3 min,150℃焙烘3 min。结果表明,以硅油改性无皂醋丙乳液为黏合剂的涂料染色织物的干湿摩擦牢度、耐皂洗牢度与传统黏合剂的相当,且手感较柔软。A silicone modified soap-free vinyl acetate-acrylate emulsion is synthesized using pre-emulsification and semi-continu- ous adding method with vinyl acetate（VAC}, acrylic monomers, vinyl silicone oil and a small amount of the polymerizable e- mulsifier, its structure is characterized by FT-IR and laser particle size analyzer. Silicone modified vinyl acetate-acrylate emulsion is applied to cotton pigment dyeing as the adhesives. The optimal process is silicone modified vinyl acetate-acrylate emulsion 5%, pigment 0.5%, cross linker 0.5%, drying at 80 ℃ for 3 min, curing at 150 ℃ for 3 min. The results show that the color fastnesses to wet/dry rubbing and soaping of the pigment dyeings are similar to that of traditional adhesives, and the hand feel is softer.
