摘　　要：中温型活性染料的冷染染色属于半连续化轧染工艺,不仅具有节能减排优点,而且可以从根本上消除传统连续轧染工艺中因烘干泳移而产生边中色差,以及织物因对张力敏感容易产生折皱等问题。由于冷染染色透芯性好,手感柔糯,可显著改善轧染染色产品的风格。Cold dyeing with mild reactive dyes is a semi-continuous process, it features low energy consumption and can elimi- nate color deviation owing to dye migration during drying and crease formation owing to the tension. The good penetration of dyes and soft handle can enhance the added value of cold reactive dyeings.
