摘　　要：Cardiac hypertrophy is a fundamental response of cardiac myocytes to various stimuli such as mechanical overload,humoral factors and genetic mutations in cardiac contractile protein genes. Beside an increase in cell size and alteration in cellfunction, the reprograming of gene expression is its essential mechanism and cellular signal transduction is the important linkof external stimuli to nucleous reaction. At present, cellular signal transduction pathways in cardiac hypeytrophy are intenselystuding and have made much progress.
