摘　　要：目的：探讨应对方式对脊髓损伤患者康复的影响。方法：本文采用简易应对方式量表对50例胸腰椎脊髓损伤患者进行调查评分。结果：采用积极应时方式的患者生活自理能力较采用消极应对方式的患者生活自理能力强。结论：积极的应对方式能促进脊髓损伤患者的康复。Objective：Purpose The influence that coping strategies exerts on the rehabilitation of spinal cord injury patients. Methods：This paper uses simple coping strategy scale to investigate and grade 50 cases of thoracic and lumbar injury patients. Result：Self--care ability of the patients with a positive coping strategy is better than that of the patients with a negative coping strategy. Conclusion： Positive coping strategy is conducive to the rehabilitation of spinal cord injury patients.
