摘　　要：目的：对X射线肾造影和B型超声诊断肾结核的效果进行研究。方法：对40例肾结按患者依次进行X射线肾造影诊断和B型超声诊断，得出诊断结果，与手术后病理结果进行对比分析，研究出两种诊断结果的诊断符合率。结果：在对40例患者进行x射线肾造影诊断后，诊断出了36（90％）例肾结石患者；进行B型超声诊断后，诊断出37（92．5％）例肾结石患者；手术病理判断结果为40例肾结石患者，X射线肾造影的诊断结果与B型超声的诊断结果无明显羔异。结论：我们应谊将X射线肾造影诊断与B型超声诊断结合起来，减少误诊率，提高诊断的符合率，为临床肾结柱的治疗提供更可靠的依据，值得临床广为使用与推广。Objective： On the renal angiography and x--ray study on the effect of b--type ultrasonic diagnosis of renal tuberculosis. Methods：40 cases of renal angiography in diagnosis of renal tuberculosis patients followed by x--ray and the b--type ultrasonic diagnosis, get diagnostic results, and pathological comparative analysis of the results after surgery, studies on two kinds of diagnosis the diagnosis rate. Result： 40 after x--ray angiography in diagnosis of kidney patients, Diagnosed in 36 cases of kidney stones; After the b--type ultrasonic diagnosis, diagnosis of 37 cases of kidney stones in patients with, Surgical pathology to determine results in 40 patients with kidney stones, X--ray renal Arteriography diagnosis with b-- type ultrasonic diagnosis results are not significantly different. Conclusion： X--ray angiography in diagnosis of kidney should be combined with b-- type ultrasonic diagnosis, reducing misdiagnosis rate, improve the rate of diagnosis in accordance with, provide a more reliable basis for the clinical treatment of renal tuberculosis, is widely used in clinical and outreach.
