基于泛珠三角一、三产业虚拟标杆的海南优化决策研究

摘　　要：基于1995—2010年泛珠三角经济数据,运用超效DEA方法,分别对泛珠三角第一、三产业的生产效率值进行研究,得到广东省第一产业DEA效率值最大、四川省第三产业DEA效率值最大;将泛珠三角区域一、三产业优势和谐地统一到一体,构造泛珠三角第一、三产业的虚拟标杆;将海南省一、三产业投入产出向虚拟标杆投影,得到海南省一、三产业的优化决策。According to the 1995 -2010 economic data in the Pan Pearl River Delta, the super-efficient DEA method is adopted to analyze the production efficiency value of the primary and tertiary industries respectively, which indi- cates that the DEA efficiency value of the primary industry in Guangdong Province is maximum while that of the tertia- ry industry in Sichuan Province is maximum. Harmoniously unifying the advantages of the primary and tertiary indus- tries in the Pan Pearl River Delta will form the virtual benchmarking of this area. By projecting the input and output value of the primary and tertiary industries in Hainan Province onto this virtual benchmarking, the optimal decision can be obtained about the primary and tertiary industries in Hainan Province.
