摘 要:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定人工蛇胆汁中牛磺胆酸、牛磺鹅去氧胆酸及牛磺去氧胆酸 3种主成分的含量。其色谱条件为 :Nova Pak C1 8(4μm )柱 ,流动相 :乙腈 -水 (1∶ 2 ) ,流速 :0 .9m l/ min,检测波长 :2 10 nm。平均加样回收率分别为 :牛磺胆酸 10 0 .5 %、牛磺鹅去氧胆酸 10 2 .2 %及牛磺去氧胆酸 10 0 .9% ,RSD分别为 1.48%、 1.6 0 %及 1.97%。该法快速、灵敏、准确 ,适用于人工蛇胆汁中A RP HPLC method was used to determine the contents of the three main constituents in artificial snake bile: taurocholic acid, taurochenodeoxycholic acid and taurodeoxycholic acid. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: column, Nova Pak C 18 (4 μm); mobile phase, acetonitrile aqueous (1∶2); flow rate, 0 9 ml/min; the detection wave length, 210 nm. The average recoveries of taurocholic acid, taurochenodeoxy cholic acid and taurodeoxycholic acid were 100 5 % with RSD 1 48 %, 102 2 % with RSD 1 60 % and 100 4 % with RSD 1 97 %, respectively. This method was rapid, sensitive and specific. It is suitable for the determination of the three main constituents in artificial snake bile.
