恬尔心注射液治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺病喘息急性发作的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察恬尔心静脉滴注治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺病喘息急性发作的疗效及副反应。方法:对42例老年慢性阻塞性肺病喘息急性发作的患者应用恬尔心50mg置入5％葡萄糖溶液500ml中,以5～15μg/(kg·min)的滴速静滴,每日1次,连续5天为一疗程。观察喘息症状、肺部体征和肺功能的改变情况,采用用药前后自身对照方法进行疗效观察。结果:恬尔心静脉滴注治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺病喘息急性发作有效率为71.43％,其中临床控制2例(占4.76％),显效28例(占66.67％)。好转8例(占19.05％),无效4例(占9.52％)。肺功能检测治疗前后数据有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。无明显不良反应。结论:恬尔心静脉滴注治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺病喘息急性发作有较好的疗效。Objective:To investigate the efficacy and side efects of intravenous dripping diltiazem in the treatment of acute asthmatic atack in elderly patients with COPD. Method : During acute asthmatic attact,42 elderly patients with COPD received intravenous dripping of diltiazem(50mg in 500ml of 5% glucose solution) ,the rate of infusion was 5-15 μg/(kg · mm),once a day for 5 days. The changes in symptoms,signs and pulmonary function were observed. The efficacies were c-valuated based on self-controlled conditions before and after treatment. Results:The effective rate of diltiazem dripping was 71. 43% ,with complete control of asthmatic attack in 2 patients(4. 76%) ,markedly effective in 26 patients(66. 67%) ,improved in 8 cases(19. 05%)and ineffective in 4 patients(9. 52%). The results of pulmonary function tests demonstrated very significant improvement after treatment (P<0. 01). No significant untoward effect was observed. Conclusion; Intravenous dripping diltiazem is effective in treating acute asthmatic attack of elderly patients with COPD.
