摘  要:2007-2009年对合江方竹进行引种试验,结果表明:合江方竹在丽水引种获得成功,适宜在丽水市海拔300~700 m、背风向阳、冬暖夏凉、空气湿度高的地方种植;合江方竹出笋期9月下旬至11月中旬;合江方竹笋营养丰富,与丽水本地刺方竹笋相比笋味更鲜美,鲜味氨基酸含量为209.04 mg/100g.FW,干笋氨基酸总量达11.179 7g/100g;种植密度3 000株/hm2,种植当年就可出笋,母竹出笋率52.3%,平均每株母竹出笋3.4支,种植第3年可郁闭成林,鲜笋产量可达3 750~7 500 kg/hm2,施肥可提高鲜笋产量。Introduction of Chimonobambusa hejiangensis was conducted in Lishui, Zhejiang province from 2007-2009, from Xuyong, Lushou city, Sichuan province. Experiment demonstrated that it succeeded. Ch. hejiangensis is suitable to be planted where with high humidity, southern side of altitude of 300-700 m. Shooting period is from the end of September to the end of November. Shoot is rich in nutrition, much delicious than that of Ch. pachystachys. Tasty amino acids in fresh Ch. hejiangensis shoots topped 209.04 mg/100g.FW, total amino acids in dried shoot was 11.179 7 g/100g, higher than that in other edible bamboo shoots. Density for plantation ofCh. hejiangensi was recommended to 3000 culms/ha. Shooting could be occurred in the current year-of planting, with 52.3% shooting rate of mother bamboo, each mother bamboo could have mean of 3.4 shoots. The plantation could be closed in the third year, with yield of fresh shoot of 3750-7500kg/ha. Fertilization could increase shoot yield.
