摘 要:对不同炭化温度、不同保温时间和不同竹龄竹炭的远红外比辐射强度进行了测试,并探讨了不同因素对竹炭远红外功效的影响程度。结果表明,竹炭具有优异的远红外发射功效,炭化温度对竹炭远红外发射功效影响最大,其次是竹龄和保温时间。制备高远红外比辐射率竹炭较优的工艺参数为炭化温度700℃,竹龄4 a,保温时间5 h,远红外比辐射率可达0.937。Far-infrared emissivity of bamboo charcoal was determined under different carbonization temperature, preservation time and different aged bamboo. Inquiry was made into different factors influencing the emissivity. The results showed that bamboo charcoal had excellent far-infrared emissivity. Carbonization temperature had the greatest influence to emissivity of the charcoal, followed by age of bamboo and holding time. The best technology for bamboo charcoal with high far-infrared emissivity was as follows: carbonization temperature of 700℃, 4-year culm and holding time of 5 hours. Produced charcoal had the highest emissivity of 0.937.
