山区县域农用地定级修正法处理中数据不确定性问题研究

摘　　要：结合修正法数据处理过程与误差传播定律,运用定性与定量分析方法,探讨分析山区县域农用地修正法定级处理中的数据误差来源及其传播不确定性问题.得出初步结论为:在山区县域农用地定级中,选用修正法的必要条件是要有与定级要求严格相同的空间比例尺精度的分等成果数据作为修正基础,否则将会出现定级数据处理过程中,因数据误差传播使得评价定级成果数据质量存在诸多不确定性而难于给出明确的精准评判,从而影响着修正法定级成果在农用地估价成果应用于具体土地管理工作时的有效性及可靠性.Combined with the processing and error propagation law,qualitative and quantitative analyses are adopted to examine the uncertainty problems in the process of agriculture land grading by the revised method.The primary result is that the way of the revised method to be selected and applied in Yunnan mountainous counties must be of the same spatial scale as the grading requirements,which serves as the basis for the revision.Only in this way can the agricultural land evaluating results precision and accuracy be guaranteed.Otherwise,the data error will transmit or magnify in the processing of grading implement,and the quality of grading result precision will be uncertain,which will then have impact on the validity and the reliability of its application to land evaluation and management.
