德钦乌头根部化学成分的研究

摘　　要：从乌头属植物德钦乌头(Aconitum ouvrardianum Hand.-Mazz.)根部的乙酸乙酯提取物中共分得6个二萜生物碱类化合物,应用光谱(NMR,ESIMS)和对照TLC对所有的化合物的结构进行了鉴定,均为C-3位或C-6位含氧取代的C19-二萜生物碱,分别是:滇乌碱(yunaconi-tine)(1),8-去乙酰滇乌碱(8-deacetylyunaconitine)(2),印乌碱(indaconitine)(3),查斯曼宁(chasmanine)(4),14-苯甲酰查斯曼宁(14-benzoyl chasmanine)(5),伪乌头宁(pseudaco-nine)(6).C19-二萜生物碱为德钦乌头药材的主要药用化学成分及毒性成分,以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到.Six diterpene alkaloids：yunaconitine（1）,8-deacetylyunaconitine（2）,indaconitine（3）,chasmanine（4）,14-benzoyl Chasmanine（5） and pseudaconine（6） are isolated from the ethyl acetate of Aconitum ouvrardianum Hand.-Mazz.roots.Their structures are identified on the basis of spectral data（NMR,ESIMS）.C19-diterpenoid alkaloids are the main medicinal chemical composition and toxic components of A ouvrardianum.All these compounds are found in this plant for the first time.
