我国体育公共服务均等化的现状——基于资源配置的多维度分析

摘　　要：推进体育公共服务均等化是我国未来重要的体育发展战略。梳理了我国体育公共服务在人、财、物等资源配置方面的数据,从横向上与纵向上分析了我国体育公共服务资源配置的总体特征:即体育财力资源投入稳中有升,体育群众组织建设不断加强,体育人力资源总量发展迅速,体育场馆资源建设进程加快。同时,研究通过数据的深入分析,揭示了我国体育公共服务资源配置呈现出不均等的趋势,即区域差异十分明显,省际差距不断拉大,城乡之间存在鸿沟。研究指出,没有合理制度的约束,体育公共服务的供给不会自动导向均等。The equalization of public sports service is important for the development of sports.However,the alloca tion of public sports service resources was not balanced.There were big regional differences,provincial differences,urban and rural differences.In this paper,data related to man power,financial resources and material resources in public sports services were analyzed.It was revealed that the sports financial resources were maintained and raised.Public sports organizations were strengthened.Manpower related to sports developed.Construction of sports stadi ums was sped up.Therefore,through reasonable system of allocation,better service could be provided.
