利弊互见:对全国民运会运动员参赛资格的思考

摘　　要：就全国第九届民运会报名资格规定入手调查发现:现行的民运会报名资格规定不允许汉族队员参赛,不利于办会宗旨的体现,不利于竞赛项目发展水平的提高,不利于少数民族传统体育的发掘、继承和创新。论文提出建议,认为按照民族成分和按项目确定参赛比例将有助于少数民族传统体育运动会的可持续发展。The current eligibility requirements for registration of National Traditional Games of Ethnic Minorities do not allow the Han people participate in the competition,which is not good for achieving the purpose of the competi tion nor for promoting the level of the competitions or for discovering,inheriting and innovating the national minority tradition sports.Therefore,Han people should be included in the games and proportion of athletes competing could be given according to athletes of different ethnicity and sports events.
