摘 要:在训练学领域振动训练以能帮助运动员提高训练水平而备受教练员和健身教练的关注。以网球运动员肩关节屈伸作为研究对象,探讨振动训练对其产生的影响。结果显示:(1)从实验前后组内测试的IsoMed有关参数指标可以推断,上肢一般力量训练方案和振动训练方案是有效的;(2)振动训练比一般力量训练在肩关节屈伸IsoMed有些相关参数指标上显示效果较好,即振动训练比一般力量训练使机体承受更大的负荷;(3)振动训练方法对网球运动员上手发球产生的影响与一般力量训练方法对其产生的差异不明显。Vibration training is provided with its unique function and can improve the training level of the athletes so it is highly concerned by the coaches and fitness instructors.In this study,shoulder level flexion and extension of tennis players was taken as research subject in order to explore the impact of vibration training.It could be seen that IsoMed indicators of before and after the relevant parameters of the test of the experimental groups revealed that the upper limb strength training program and the vibration training were effective.Vibration training was better than the traditional strength training in some IsoMed parameters of shoulder flexion and extension,indicating that vibration training undertook more load than the average strength training on organism.There was no difference between the im pact of vibration training methods and that of traditional method of strength training when the tennis athletes served.
