摘　　要：基于信息系统的体系作战指挥能实现作战指挥活动的高度协调和指挥效能的精确高效.为更准确地评估信息化部队作战指挥能力,采用改进AHP方法,构建基于信息系统的指挥能力评估指标体系及评估模型.并以某电子对抗团为例,进行了实例仿真.分析结果表明,该模型可以反映出部队基于信息系统的指挥能力的强弱.The system operational command based on information system can realize the high coordination of operational command activity and the accuracy and high efficiency of the command.To evaluate the operational command ability of information force more accurately,by taking the improved AHP method,this article sets up an evaluation index system of the command ability based on information system and their evaluation model.And by taking an example of a certain electronic countermeasure regiment,simulation is performed.The analysis results indicate that this proposed model can reflect the command ability of the units based on information system being strong or weak.
