摘　　要：通过对现阶段我国煤炭物流与供应链管理的概念及相关发展特征进行深入剖析,提出了基于电子商务的煤炭物流公共信息平台的概念、特征及其对煤炭供应链上下游节点的要求,同时也深入分析了当前煤炭物流环节中的数据管理现状,进而提出了如何构建基于电子商务的煤炭物流公共信息平台。This article puts forward the concept, characteristics and its effect on coal supply chain node requests of coal logistics public information platform based on the electronic commerce by the in-depth analysis of the present stage our country coal logistics and supply chain manage- ment concepts and the development characteristics. It also deeply analyses the current coal logis- tics link in the data management of the status quo, then puts forward how to construct the elec- tronic business based on the coal logistics public information platform.
