摘　　要：根据目前东滩煤矿近距离上层煤开采实际情况,对下层煤工作面布置进行了优化设计,并对十四采区的143下05(东)综采工作面进行了合并开采的尝试。通过合面开采,减少了掘进工程量,节省了巷道支护成本,缩短了工作面接续时间。According to the actual situation of close-distance upper coal seam mining in Dongtan Mine, the layout of the lower seam mining face was optimized and designed, and the combining min- ing with No. 143（lower） 05（east） fully-mechanized mining face in No. 14 mining area was practiced. By the combining mining, the tunneling engineering quantity is decreased, and the roadway support cost is reduced, and the time for succession of mining faces is shortened.
