On the basis of the local cooling engineering in the high gas drainage roadway of ventilation roadway and conveyor roadway at F15.17-13031 working face in No. 13 Coal Mine of China Pingmei Energy Chemical Group, how to make program for the condensing heat emission accord- ing to the cooling location and actual working conditions and the relevant issues that should be noticed during making Program were described.
