摘　　要：深化新形势下部队装备"两成两力"建设,要准确把握"两成两力"建设的实质,从把握建设方向、拓展建设内容、推进建设转型、集成建设成果4个方面探索深化"两成两力"建设的思路。For deepening military weapon ＂organic and systematic development of combat and support capabilities＂ construction,we must grasp the essential of ＂organic and systematic development of combat and support capabilities＂,grasp the direction of the construction,expand the construction of the content,and promote the construction transformation.Finally integrate the construction ideas from the four respects to deeply explore the way on deepening military ＂organic and systematic development of combat and support capabilities ＂ construction.
