摘　　要：结合换装转型部队装备建设特点,推动我军换装转型部队装备"两成两力"建设深入发展,对于搞好信息化条件下装备保障,打赢未来信息化条件下局部战争具有重要意义。在深入分析我军换装转型部队装备"两成两力"建设存在的主要问题的基础上,有针对性地提出了加强换装转型部队装备"两成两力"建设的对策建议,为换装转型部队"两成两力"建设提供理论指导。According to the equipment construction characteristics of replacement transformation force,promoting the ＂organic and systematic development of combat and support capabilities＂ construction development of replacement transformation force,preparing for current military battle and equipment support under the information condition,and battling the information local war has important theoretic and realistic significance.On the basis of deeply analyzing the main problem during ＂organic and systematic development of combat and support capabilities＂ construction of replacement transformation force,the paper puts forward the countermeasure for reinforcing ＂organic and systematic development of combat and support capabilities＂ construction of replacement transformation force,and provides the theoretic construction guidance for replacement transformation force.
