摘　　要：随着"四合四统"成为"两成两力"建设的总体思路,加强装备保障资源整合成为"两成两力"建设的重要内容之一,通过装备保障资源整合,实现专业保障、保障单元、保障要素一体化,成为"两成两力"建设的内在要求。从优化机构设置、调整运行机制、集成管理手段等方面就装备保障设备设施、保障网络、保障信息等资源提出整合思路。Equipment support resource integration is an important content of ＂organic and sys tematic development of combat and support capabilities＂, with the ＂Si He Si Tong＂ to be the collec- tivity consider of ＂organic and systematic development of combat and support capabilities＂. Realizing the integration of specialty support, support unit and support basic through equipment support re source integration, is the inner request of ＂organic and systematic development of combat and support capabilities＂ construction. It gives the integration method in resource integration of equipment sup port equipment and establishment, support net and support information from the methods of optimizing organization, and adjusting mechanism and integration management instrument.
