信息化条件下装备“两成两力”建设问题思考

摘　　要：在对信息化条件下装备"两成两力"建设面临的形势进行深入分析的基础上,阐述了当前装备"两成两力"建设存在的问题,最后从装备保障人才培养、软硬件配套建设、装备保障训练、完善法规制度、优化装备保障指挥体系等5个方面提出了信息化条件下装备"两成两力"建设的对策措施,以有效提高装备保障能力和战斗力。Based on deep analysis in face of complex situation on ＂rganic and systematic development of combat and support capabilities＂ under the information age,this paper analyzes the problems of it,probes into the main measures from equipment support personnel training,systematic construction,equipment support training,perfecting laws and regulation,and optimizing command system of equipment support in order to improve equipment support and combat capabilities.
