民营人才服务业对促进大学生就业的作用

摘　　要：民营人才服务业是既具有营利性又具有公益性的行业,是我国人才服务业的重要组成部分。促进大学生就业服务既是民营人才服务业自身发展的需要,也是其不可推卸的社会责任。在开展大学生就业服务方面,民营人才服务业机遇与挑战并存,在将来的发展过程中,民营人才服务机构应该通过加强网络建设、开展大学生实习和再就业服务、开展就业力培训、开展大学生创业服务等途径促进大学生就业。Private talent service industry, which is both profit and welfare industry, is an important part of the talent service industry. According to the current employment situation, to expand employment of college students is not only the development opportunity, but also their obligatory social responsibility. Private talent service industry will be facing opportunities and challenges in the college students employment services, so they should strengthen the network construction, develop internships, re-employment services for college students, employment training, college students innovative services and so on.
