摘　　要：液氮泵在安装结束使用之初出现了起压后失压,再次启动不能起压的故障。介绍了故障现象和汽蚀原因的分析过程,通过调整回流阀开度和增大回流管路的直径,液氮泵稳定运行。After installation of liquefied nitrogen pump, the trouble of pressure loss after boosting and failure to boost after re-start occurred at initial use. The trouble phenomena and the analysis process of the causes for cavitation erosion are described. The operation of liquefied nitrogen pump is stabilized through adjusting the opening of return valve and increasing the diameter of return pipeline.
