世界男排发展趋势对中国男排的启示

摘　　要：本文以每球得分制规则修改以来中国男排与世界三大赛事的前八名队伍的进攻战术打法为研究对象,采用了文献资料法、专家访谈法、录像观察与技术统计法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法和归纳法等研究方法,对二者进行比较,对中国男排的优缺点进行剖析,得出了"高度+力量+经验"的队伍组成理念、"稳定+多样+合理"的进攻组织理念、"快速+立体+专位"的进攻组成理念等理念对中国男排的启示。This paper studies the attacking tactics applied by Chinese men＇s volleyball and top eight teams in three majors in the world after modification of the rule of scoring by each serve.The main methodologies the author used are documentation-date method,expert interviewing,video observation and statistics,logical analysis,and induction.Some concepts are concluded after making a comparison and analyzing benefits and drawbacks of Chinese men＇s volleyball： the concept of making up a team of height,strength and experience,the concept of organizing attacking under condition of stability,diversity and reasonability,and the concept of forming attacking by conducting rapidity,completeness and specific position.The paper reveals some enlightenment on Chinese men＇s volleyball.
