摘 要:目的研究工频电场对35 kV配电间和220 kV变电站工作人员血液及免疫球蛋白的影响。方法对69名低压电工(35 kV配电间工作人员)、36名高压电工(220 kV变电站工作人员)和110名对照组人员的血液学指标和免疫学指标进行检测分析。血液学指标包括红细胞数、白细胞数、淋巴细胞数、淋巴细胞百分数、中性粒细胞数、中性粒细胞百分数、单核细胞数、单核细胞百分数、血红蛋白量、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度、血小板数、平均血小板体积等;免疫学指标包括血清中免疫球蛋白:IgA、IgG、IgM。结果高压电工组的淋巴细胞计数(LYMPH)明显高于对照组(P<0.05),单核细胞百分数均值低于对照组,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05);高压电工组的IgG水平低于对照组,而IgA水平高于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。低压电工组血液学和免疫学指标与对照组相比未见统计学差异。结论长期接触220 kV高压工频电场可能对作业人员的血液学指标及免疫功能产生轻微影响。Objective To observe the effects of power frequency electric field of 35 kV and 220 kV power transformer substations on workers' hematologic and immunologic parameters. Methods Hematological and immunological parameters (IgG, IgM and IgA) of 69 low voltage electricians(working in 35 kV power transformer substations),36 high voltage electricians (working in 220 kV power transformer substations)and 110 controls were determined. Hematological parameters included red blood cell (RBC), white blood cell (WBC), lymphocyte count (LYMPH), lymphocyte percentage (LYMPH%), neutrophil count (NEUT), neutrophil percentage (NEUT%), monocyte count (MONO), monocyte percentage (MONO%), hemoglobin (HGB), mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC), platelet (PLT), and mean platelet volume(MPV). Results Average lymphocyte count of high voltage electricians was higher than that of controls (P 〈 0.05),but monocyte percentage was lower than that of controls (P 〈 0.05 ). IgG level of high voltage electricians was higher than that of controls (P 〈 0.05 ), but IgA level was lower than that of controls (P 〈 0.05). There was no significant difference in hematological and immunological parameters between low voltage electricians and the controls. Conclusion These results indicated that 220 kV power frequency electric field exposure may induce mild but statistically significant alterations in some hematological and immunological parameters.
