摘　　要：研制了一种新型的将锡槽中有害挥发物定期排出锡槽外的保护装置,它由上下排气管、冷却水套等组成。此装置利用从喷嘴喷出的高速流体(压缩空气),吸引并带动锡槽内的高温氮气(内含有害挥发物),经冷却后排出锡槽外。This paper describes a kind of new protective device composed of lower ＆ upper exhaust pipes and cooling jackets,which can exhaust the harmful volatile matter in tin bath periodically. High-speed air flow （compressed air） injected by this device can drive the high temperature nitrogen gas （including harmful volatile matter） in tin bath, and exhaust it after cooling.
