摘　　要：该文介绍物流行业的发展,建筑设计在物流行业中的地位,以及技术设计对于建设投资的重要性。着重介绍物流仓库防火分区的设计技巧和防火墙材料应用的趋势,以新型的建筑材料与传统建筑材料的对比,提倡新材料在现代物流行业中的应用。This paper introduces the development of logistics industry, the status of architecture design in the logis- tics industry and the importance of technical design to the construction investment. It emphasizes the technical skills of designing logistic warehouse fire compartment and the trend to apply fire-proof materials. By comparing the new build- ing materials to the traditional building materials, the paper advocates the usage of new materials in the modem logis- tics industry.
