摘　　要：目的 :观察紫苏的抗凝血作用。方法 :选 SD系大鼠 2 0只 ,家兔 8只 ,应用试管法观察紫苏对实验动物凝血时间的影响 ,并与肝素作对照。结果 :紫苏与肝素有相似的抗凝血活性 ,能延长大鼠的凝血时间 ( P<0 .0 1) ;随着药液浓度的增加 ,抗凝血作用也逐渐增强。结论 :紫苏具有一定的抗凝血作用 。Objective:To observe the anticoagulant effect of Perilla.Method:Twenty SD system mice and eight rabbits were selected to observe the CT(Coagulant Time)of Perilla with tube test,the experimental animals tested with heparin were set up as the control group.Result:Perilla has the anticoagulant effect like heparin,it can prolong the CT of the mice (P<0.01).The anticoagulant effect were enhanced when the concentration increasing.Conclusion:The anticoagulant effect mechanism of Perilla may be inhibition of platelet activity.
