摘  要:目的通过对冰醋酸和混合菌液所致小鼠血前列腺素含量的影响,探讨其抗炎、镇痛的作用机制。方法小鼠随机分组,腹腔分别注射0.6%冰醋酸和大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的混合菌液,复制小鼠疼痛模型和急性细菌感染模型,研究丹芍冲剂对小鼠血前列腺素含量的影响。结果丹芍冲剂对冰醋酸所致小鼠疼痛反应及混合菌所致小鼠炎症反应引起的血PGE升高有显著抑制作用。结论抑制PG合成是丹芍冲剂抗炎和镇痛的作用机制之一。Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects and mechanisms of Dan- Shao Granules on pain and acute bacterial infection model induced by glacial acetic acid and mixed broth by detecting the levels of prostaglandin(PG) in blood serum of mice. Methods Mice were randomly divided into high, medium and low-dose group and the control group. Pain and acute bacterial infection model was built by intraperitoneal injection with 0. 6% glacial acetic acid and mixed broth of Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus. The serum PG content was measured. Results Danshao granules inhibited glacial acetic acid-induced pain response and mixed bacteria-induced inflammatory response in mice by decreasing PG levels of serum significantly. Conclusion The inhibitory effect of Danshao Granules on PG synthesis is one of its anti-inflammatory and analgesic mechanisms
