摘 要:目的:研究真空微波干燥应用于妇炎康片生产的可行性及工艺参数。方法:采用真空微波干燥妇炎康片浸膏,测定含水量及芍药苷、苦参碱的含量,并与箱式烘干干燥工艺进行对比。同时设计正交试验探究最佳干燥工艺条件。结果:微波干燥工艺用时较短,且对有效成分的保留较好,最佳干燥工艺条件为:物料/功率比1.5 kg.kW-1,真空度0.095 MPa,设定温度90℃。结论:微波干燥工艺可用于妇炎康片的干燥。This study was aimed to conduct research on process parameters of microwave vacuum drying technology of Fuyankang Tablet and its manufacturing feasibility. The microwave vacuum drying technology was selected to dry the concentrated extract of Fuyankang Tablet in comparison with the original oven drying method by determining the content of water, paeoniflorin and matrine. The orthogonal experiment was designed to explore the best drying conditions. The results showed that the microwave drying process required shorter time with better retaining of active ingredient. The best drying condition is when the materials / power ratio is 1.5 kg ·kW^-1, the degree of vacuum is 0.095 MPa and the set temperature is 50℃. It was concluded that the microwave drying process is suitable for Fuyankang Tablet drying.
